What does it mean when my cat goes into another room, carries a piece of clothing down the stairs in her mouth and then sits in front of it and cries for a few minutes.

Both my cats the minute I sit down climb into my lap or on top of me. Does this mean they are unhappy? Or because i cuddled them too much as kittens and its a learnt behaviour.

I have 2 cats in my home. One of them latley feels the need to be in my lap alot. He is constantly cuddling me. Does this mean is is unhapy about somthing? He also Bullies the other cat. Somtimes it starts out as a game to him it seems but she is not happy about it howling and hissing. At other times he just walks up to her and bites out a huge chunk of hair. Is there somthing I can do?
